RETURN POLICY

We want you to love your tribute piece! If it’s not what you expected, here’s how returns work.

  • Returns & Exchanges

    • You have 14 days to request a return and 30 days to send it back. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition received.
    • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
    • If the item is not returned in its original condition, any loss in value will be the buyer’s responsibility.
  • Conditions of Return

    • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
    • Please contact us before sending any return. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


  • Non-Returnable Items

    • Custom or personalized shadow boxes
    • Miniature guitars with custom engraving
    • Sale or clearance items
      These cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Damaged or Wrong Item

    • If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours and include photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost as quickly as possible.
  • Refunds

    • Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the item. You’ll be notified by email once your refund is approved or rejected.
    • Funds will be returned to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
    • Please allow additional processing time depending on your payment provider.
    • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable, as these are charged by your local government—not by Guitar Box Shop.
  • International Returns

    • Same return window: contact within 14 days, ship back within 30 days.
    • Buyers pay return shipping unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
    • If you refuse customs fees on a DDU shipment, the carrier may return or abandon the parcel. We can only refund if the item returns to us in original condition (minus any carrier fees).
    • International returns must be sent with tracking and marked as ‘Returned Goods’ to avoid customs delays.
